Doug Fujii - Over the past 15 years Doug has worked with companies in the semiconductor, instrument, telecommunications, medical device, drug and electron devices industries to improve their quality. He has helped companies in the USA, Canada and Europe to meet the requirements of ISO 9000, TL 9000, ISO 14001, EN46001, ISO 13485, the FDA QSR and CGMP and the European CE-Mark. Doug has also assisted companies in the areas of Statistical Process Control, Teaming, Empowerment and Total Quality Management. Previously, Doug was the Quality Assurance Manager for Varian Oncology Systems Business. Varian manufactured Radiotherapy Systems, ancillary equipment and software for the treatment of cancer.

Led numerous large-scale improvement efforts at Fortune 500  and mid-tier companies (e.g., strategy, process, operations, compliance, technology deployments, sales & marketing communications, and metrics)
