Benchmarking

Organizations seeking to improve processes will often benefit by a structured Benchmarking process. Peak’s Benchmarking activities begin with the identification and analysis of specific processes to be benchmarked. Based on the issues and opportunities identified, benchmark partners for those specific applications are sought. Site visits by the team are held where they learn not only what the benchmarked companies do, but also why they do it that way. At the conclusion of multiple site visits, the benchmark team seeks to synthesize what they learned, and apply those learning’s to their organization. Sample clients include: TRW Space Systems in Redondo Beach and Communications and Power Industries in Palo Alto. Peak has defined workshop materials to support these activities.
