Peak provides training
and facilitation to project teams on a structured, comprehensive
project management methodology. The training and facilitation
include both the strategic and tactical elements of effective
project management, from the initial project setup through the
measurement of its effective implementation. We include not only
the technical elements of project management in our training but
also the interpersonal communications and group dynamics elements
that impact a team’s effectiveness. Training in this area focuses
on the PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) and support
individuals seeking to gain certification as a Certified Project
Manager. Our clients include:
