Peak assists companies
in Reengineering and improving key business processes. The process
of Reengineering begins with understanding the current process,
and the expectations and requirements of customers and employees
(including the use of Value Stream Mapping and SIPOC Analysis).
The Reengineering process we utilize is a structured step by step
analysis designed to ensure that the Reengineering team is
exhaustive in their analysis, and to provide a data trail to
demonstrate to management and others the logic behind the
reengineered processes. Sample clients include; Applied Materials
