Seven Step Problem Solving |
|
|
Peak provides training
and facilitation to groups on a 7-step problem-solving model. The
model is based on the 8-D Problem Solving Model that is
used in predominantly used in the automotive and semiconductor
industries. The 7-step model utilizes a structured, comprehensive
approach to understanding root cause and developing alternate
solution paths to eradicate problems at the root cause. We have workshops that are geared to
both engineers and operator teams. The primary difference is the
sophistication of the different tools and techniques to be
employed. Sample clients include: Applied Materials in Santa
Clara, CA, Johnson Matthey in San Jose, CA and Varian Associates
in Poway, CA. |
