Management Development |

Peak provides provides
management development support in the form of training and/or
coaching. Management development activities include
administering of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator),
communication skills, coaching and feedback skills and one-on-one
coaching. Clients include include United Airlines in
San Francisco, CA, FEI Company in Hillsboro, OR and TRW in Redondo
Beach, CA. Curriculum exists to support these efforts. |
