Peak offers support to
organizations seeking to align their measurement systems to create
a unified, focused business. Goal alignment activities begin with
senior management and include every level of the organization,
utilizing methodologies including the Balanced Scorecard and Hoshin Planning.
Goals
are set through dialogue between affected groups. All key measures
are signified by having targets and means to accomplish. Sample
