6 Sigma Training and Implementation Support

Peak assists in the development and implementation of 6 Sigma programs. We utilize the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process. Working with dedicated 6 sigma teams we work to define key metrics and provide analytical tools to support analysis and actions. Our trainers are certified 6 sigma Black Belts (by ASQ) and have years of team experience is obtaining measurable bottom-line performance.
